We have easy to read contracts for you to purchase our land; therefore we do not require a real estate agent or attorney. Please feel free to hire a professional for your comfort. 

We keep the taxes current although you will be responsible for the taxes for upcoming tax bills once you purchase the property. We provide all tax information in our description.

This is raw land; therefore the sky is the limit. We do strongly suggest you contact the city zoning department to find out exactly what the land is purposed for. 

This is raw land, unless indicated in the description, it does not have utilities included. 

Mineral rights are not included with the purchase of the land.
